PETA are proud to be working with Lighting Controls Ltd to recruit a Quotations Administrator Apprentice to support with the company operations.
The Quotations Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for onsite quotations to achieve positive results, ensuring that the service level commitments are fulfilled.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Quotations Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
- Estimating processes
- Quoting processes
- Looking and adapting drawings
- Supporting with enquires from the sales team
- Calculating the equipment needed for a quote
- Liaising with customers via telephone and emails
- Attending video meetings with clients
- Using our bespoke systems to update and analyse quotes

- GCSEs in maths and English with at least a grade C/4 or equivalent
- CAD experience is desirable
