PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Comprehensive Elevator Services (CES) to source an exceptional Business Administration Apprentice. Assisting across various departments, the role will be varied.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Business Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
- Answering and responding to incoming telephone calls, inquiries, and email inquiries
- Assigning reactive jobs to engineers
- Booking planned jobs with clients
- Communicating and updating customers regarding the progress and status of jobs
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records on the company database
- Ensuring customer databases and portals are updated daily
- Preparing quotations on the company database
- Processing repair orders
- Checking engineer work receipts
- Raising and sending purchase orders for lift components to suppliers
- Assisting with the preparation of the monthly payment valuation
- Invoicing
- Filing and archiving of electronic and paper documents
- Assisting with any project works
- Attending client review meetings
- Assisting with general office duties
- Any other duties when required to assist with the smooth running of the business
