PETA Ltd are proud to be working with Sienna Construction Ltd to recruit and train one Office Administration Apprentice. The successful candidate will be involved in a range of duties to support across multiple departments within the business.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6-8 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Office Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
- Reception duties, answering the phone, meeting and greeting people when they arrive at the office
- Admin duties, copying, filing, archiving, opening the post, shredding
- Any other ad hoc duties that will be required of you
- Filing supplier invoices once approved & paid
- Attaching & filing delivery notes
- Business surveys yearly, monthly & quarterly
- Set up new contracts/site files
