In addition, after two years’ service, full time employees are entitled to an extra two days’ annual holiday per year, which will take effect from 1st October following the 2nd anniversary of that employee’s commencement date of employment
A further three days will be awarded on 1st October of the following year.
The Company is currently running a bonus scheme relating to attendance, at a rate of 5% of salary payable monthly in arrears, 100% must be achieved in each qualifying month.
