PETA Ltd are working alongside The Right Online Course Company to recruit and train a Business Administration Apprentice to support the team with daily operations. If you are conscientious, trustworthy and reliable, then this is the role for you!
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Business Administration Apprentice will be working with the administration team to support the business needs across a range of activities. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Carry out general administration duties
- Answering various enquiries from customers
- Coordinate office activities and operations efficiently
- Create and update records and databases
- Following up and documenting activities
- Assist colleagues wherever necessary
- Making and receiving phone calls
- Managing appointment books
- Filing documents on the PC and paperwork into folders
