The Business Development Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, ensuring that all administrative tasks and processes are managed effectively and building key customer relationships. This role involves strategic planning, negotiating and finalising sales, and working closely with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of business development strategies.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Business Development Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:
- Research and identify potential clients, partnerships, and market opportunities
- Develop a robust pipeline of potential business leads
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage and maintain office systems, including data management, filing, and document handling
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
