PETA have been established for over 50 years and have experienced continued success from our valued customer base. To support the achievement of our ambitious 5-year growth plan, we are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join our team and promote our suite of high-quality training products to our SME account base.
This full-time position offers the opportunity for hybrid working with a minimum office attendance of two days per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 5pm.
Our Sales Team
As a Sales Account Manager, you will be joining our fast paced, high performing sales team. In your new role, you will be working alongside a team of Key Account Sales Managers, Business Development Executives, and report into the Head of Sales. You will be provided with ongoing support and in-depth product training to help you hit the ground running.
What will I be responsible for?
Joining the team as a Sales Account Manager, your role will be split 50% account management and 50% new business sales.
Account Management - you will be responsible for engaging with an allocated customer base to promote the services of PETA Ltd, focusing on the growth of service deliverables and revenue from each customer. You will be required to develop an understanding of the working relationship between PETA Ltd and each client, understanding the entire breadth of the client’s organisation, and matching PETA Ltd Services to the organisations potential training needs.
New Business Sales – You will be expected to launch and manage a campaign of new business acquisition, working through a structured campaign strategy. This could be based upon a specific industry, geographical location, or oriented around one of our flagship training programs we run throughout the year.

Strategic thinking, a customer centric approach and the ability to build strong relationships are the key attributes we require for this role. Proven experience of selling complex solutions that are tailored to meet specific clients’ needs will help you to succeed in this role. As our ideal Sales Account Manager, you will be able to demonstrate:
