Motor Marketing Limited are working with PETA Ltd to recruit and train a Customer Service Administrator Apprentice. This is a key role within the business as you will be expected to deal with inbound and outbound calls mainly for the motor industry booking in customers vehicles for service and MOT work using the DMS/CRM systems provided by the dealerships. You will also contact current vehicle owners to book them in for warranty work and vehicle health checks.
Training to be provided:
Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. You will complete a 15-month apprenticeship which includes 12 days at the PETA training centre in Cosham. You will be supported every 6 weeks with visits from your PETA Learning & Development Coach.
About the role:
The Customer Service Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for the following duties:
- Talking to customers about products and services (verbal & online, inbound & outbound)
- Creating appointments and generating leads
- Accurately maintaining and updating various systems
- Handling customer enquiries and queries promptly and efficiently
- Gathering information from asking the right questions
- Building lasting relationships to ensure repeat business
- Providing first class customer service
- Representing the company brand effectively and respectfully
- Generating information for reports
- Supporting and leading on projects as and when required
What are the career prospects at Motor Marketing Limited?
There is the intention for a full-time Call Centre Agent role to be offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
